Limited Company Set Up

We can register you for a limited company through Companies House and with HMRC for all taxes needed. This would come through within 24 hours of you deciding to go limited.

Bookkeeping

Keeping on top of the bookkeeping is essential to having the perfect picture of what is going on with the financials in the business. This is something we can work with you and complete daily, weekly, or monthly.

VAT

The usual duration for VAT returns are quarterly, some are monthly, and some schemes are annual. Not all schemes work for each business so it’s definitely worth a discussion with us to ensure if any schemes work for you.

MTD

This is the way all businesses are going, this means Making Tax Digital. This is where everything is on a computerised system, registered with HMRC for MTD and then submitted. We can do all this for you, you can stick to your old way which works for you and we can work with the MTD details

Payroll

Paying staff is most important to keep them happy! We can complete payroll runs weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly, monthly, basically whichever suits you. We can even arrange to pay your PAYE monthly. We deal with all pension contributions too and assist with all payroll queries.

Corporation Tax

This is based on the company profits, as it stands, this is 19% of the profit made. And also, we can look at how we can save the tax, year on year.

Accounts Preparation

This is the end produce needed by Companies House and HMRC. Then based on this we can work out your Corporation Tax and Personal Tax. This is based on the bookkeeping we do and we can see the accounts each week, month or quarter.

Xero

This is the software we use to submit the VAT being MTD compliant. This also produces reports on which we can see at a glance where the company financials stand.

Personal Income Tax

This is based on all personal income, pensions, salary, dividends, rental income, sole trader income, etc. This can look different for each person, and whilst calculating this, we could look at how to save that tax.

Budgeting

This is essential to budget to see where you want to be, and what you want to take home and budget for that tax bill. We work with you on this and can have regular meeting to see how the business is performing against the budget.

Management Accounts

This is where we look at your accounts each month and/or quarter, whichever suits you. We can look at your year to date, compared to last year, we can look at graphs based on your income and see where you want to go.

Company Secretarial

We will submit your annual return with Companies House, this is essential the details on this is correct each year. We can also add and remover directors and shareholders with Companies House.
